I added after each pregnancy. I tried EVERYTHING, but couldn’t last for long. I didn’t seem to be able to stay with anything long enough until I was diagnosed with Diabetes not too many years ago. After losing the weight, I slowly started eating things I shouldn’t. I’m really not in control now. It’s been a lifelong problem for me. It’s sad but I don’t know a solution. Wish I had learned something!
